How Can severe Dizziness Along With Meniere S Disease Be Treated?

I have been having dizziness for the past two weeks. Started with allergy and sinus which developed into the dizziness . Have been diagnoses with Meniers disease..Have tried nose sprays. antibiotics to clear up sinus infection ,meclizine and diazephan Ecxcuse spellings Now Dr has me off everything and has prescribed hydrochlorothizide My concern is the RX says on the bottle that it may cause dizziness. I am a diabetic (doing fine there) but am also taking BP meds Lisinopril and Spironolacton. What else can I do? can any of these be causing dizziness or their interaction?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Dizziness sounds to be associated with the alteration in the BP level due to a combination of antihypertensive with a diuretic.

* Kindly consult your physician, get your vitals checked and necessary changes in the medicines to get best results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
